Did you know during an abortion the abortionist jams scissors into the baby's skull?
There are health issues involved with abortion. Some common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cramping, bleeding, headache, dizziness, fever or chills, and rarely anemia. Abortions can fail which can cause the child to be born with abnormalities and other congenital problems. Maternal grief and guilt are concerns after a failed abortion. After an abortion, women are more likely to display self-destructive behaviors such as suicide, mutilation, various forms of punishment, drug, alcohol, and tobacco abuse, and eating disorders. After abortions, women may have typical feelings of betrayal, anger, depression, sadness, and breakdown of trust and intimacy in relationships. PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) may form from abortion. The instruments they use to perform the abortion are passed into the womb, carrying the organisms from the cervix into the womb itself. The raw tissue and blood clot left behind after the abortion makes an ideal environment for the organisms to grow and so set up an infection which can then spread into the fallopian tubes thus causing PID. Other problems due to an abortion include the following: subsequent spontaneous miscarriage, subsequent infertility, dyspareunia (painful intercourse), chronic pelvic pain, further episodes of PID. Effects of a subsequent pregnancy after abortion include bleeding in the 1st trimester, premature rupture of membranes, breech or other abnormal position of baby, low birth weight, or premature birth.
There are other options than abortion. Foster care is temporary care of children by substitute parents. Foster care is supervised by government or charitable agencies. It is used to protect children from unhealthy or unsafe home situations or to provide care when natural parents are unavailable. Adoptive care (adoption) is when children become permanent members of a family. It is a procedure by which people legally assume the role of parents for a person who is not their biological child. Adopted children become full members of their adopted family and have the same legal status as biological children. Relatives or stepparents may adopt and is generally easier to arrange than adoptions by people who are not biologically related to the child.
The fetus feels pain and distress from abortion. There are several methods of abortion, but the most common abortion is performed around 8 weeks when the baby is at an early stage of development and is able to suck his/her thumb, turn somersaults, jump, squint to close out light, frown, swallow, and move his/her tongue. The suction aspiration method is performed as follows: general or local anesthesia is given to the mother and her cervix is quickly dilated. A suction curette (hollow tube with a knife-edged tip) is inserted into the womb. This instrument is then connected to a vacuum machine by a transparent tube. The vacuum suction, 29 times more powerful than a household vacuum cleaner, tears the fetus and placenta into small pieces which are sucked through the tube into a bottle and discarded. Another method of abortion that is performed all the way up to 18 weeks is by using a pair of forceps and inserting them into the womb to grasp part of the fetus. The teeth of the forceps twist and tear the bones of the unborn child. This process is repeated until the fetus is totally dismembered and removed. Usually the spine must be snapped and the skull crushed in order to remove them. There is also a poisoning method used up to 16 weeks. A long needle injects a strong sale solution through the mother’s abdomen into the baby’s sac. The baby swallows this fluid and is poisoned by it. It also burns off the outer layer of skin and usually takes the baby over an hour to die from this. Then there is the partial birth abortion which is guided by ultrasound, the abortionist grabs the baby’s legs with forceps, and pulled out into the birth canal. The abortionist delivers the baby’s entire body, except for the head and jams scissors into the baby’s skull. The scissors are then opened to enlarge the skull. The scissors are removed and a suction catheter is inserted. The child’s brains are sucked out, causing the skull to collapse. The dead baby is then removed.
